Purchases & Payment

• Payment is accepted via FIB, FastPay, ZainCash, Qi Card, or cash on delivery.
• Delivery fees are separate from the product price and shown at checkout.

Delivery

• Delivery times vary by province.
• A valid phone number is required for delivery to succeed.

Returns

• The return window is 7 days from the date the product is received, provided it hasn't been used.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of vendor error.

Vendors

• The vendor is responsible for the accuracy and quality of their product information.
• Kurd-Shop's commission on each sale is 5%.

Data Protection

Customers' personal information is used only to prepare and deliver orders, and is never shared with any third party.
